NEXT CROP — currently out of stock. More winter purslane plants are planned for the cooler growing season, subject to growing conditions. These plants cannot be ordered until new stock is ready.

Winter Purslane (Claytonia perfoliata), also known as Miner's Lettuce

Fresh, tender salad leaves with a mild flavour. Winter purslane is a useful cool-season edible plant for salads, sandwiches and kitchen gardens. It prefers cool conditions and can be grown in beds, containers or a sheltered greenhouse.

Pack: Three multi-sown plug plants, as shown in our own nursery photographs. Pot on or plant out promptly, keeping the root plugs moist while establishing.

Grown in Derbyshire by Ready to Grow Plants. Seasonal availability depends on growing conditions. The displayed price is provisional until the new crop is ready.
